Heating and Cooling Plans

Gold Plan

Our Gold Plan provides all the coverage of the Silver Plan PLUS comprehensive parts-and-labor coverage on the items listed below. It also offers an annual heating and cooling tune-up for maximum efficiency. If you have a combined heating and cooling plan, both tune-ups will be scheduled on the same day during regular working hours. You also get $50 per year in Loyalty Credits. You are covered 100% for all repair costs, including parts, labor, diagnostic fees and overtime (up to $890 in repairs each year). During the life of this agreement, Arundel will repair or replace at no cost any of the following parts, which may become defective due to normal wear and tear.
