Arundel Cooling & Heating was founded by Jack Van Horne, Sr. who got his start in his father’s fuel business. Expanding this field, Mr. Van Horne started his own business of selling and servicing HVAC equipment in 1971. Today, Arundel is locally managed and operated by Jack’s son, John Van Horne. He continues his father’s and grandfather’s business philosophy: the most important thing you can offer is customer service.
According to Mr. Van Horne, “The #1 goal is to make our customers completely satisfied under any circumstances.”

Arundel Cooling & Heating Company, Inc. was honored to be recognized as one of Carrier’s Top 12 Dealers in the USA. The purpose of this award, which was designed by the Carrier Corporation, the world’s largest manufacturer of heating and cooling equipment, was to recognize Carrier’s most successful, service-oriented Dealers throughout the United States.
